Take your official exam within 30 days of buying the matching exam on Exams.biz. If you don’t pass, we’ll refund what you paid for that Exams.biz exam after checking your invoice and official result.
Request an exam refundWhat the guarantee covers
The guarantee covers the amount actually paid for the matching exam course on Exams.biz, including tax paid on that order item, if applicable. It does not reimburse the vendor’s official exam registration fee, and it does not apply to an Engine-only purchase. A course that has already been refunded cannot be refunded again.
The 30-day window
The official exam must be taken on or after the calendar date your Exams.biz payment was confirmed and no later than 30 calendar days after that date, inclusive. The dates are calculated using the site timezone, which is shown on the request form. The official result must show that you did not pass the exam corresponding to the course you purchased.
The 30-day condition applies to when you take the official exam. You can submit the documents later; a future exam date does not qualify.
Send your invoice and official result
Sign in with the account that made the purchase and open the refund request form. Provide your full name, contact email, Exams.biz order number, purchased exam and official exam date. Attach your Exams.biz purchase invoice or receipt and the official failed exam result. Each document can be a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 8 MB.
Keep the name, order reference, exam identity, exam date and result readable so we can verify the request. You may redact unrelated personal information. Documents are stored privately for the review team; they are not published as reviews or sent to the AI explanation service.
Review and refund
We check the paid purchase, the matching exam, the official exam date and the failed result. The form records your request and its review status; submitting a request or seeing an approval does not itself issue a refund. Once verified, the approved refund is processed through the original order and payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider.
A refund ends exam access provided by that purchase. Any separate course purchase or independently granted access stays with your account.
