Exams.biz provides independent study guidance and information about certification preparation. These terms describe the website, learner accounts and certification preparation services.

Preparation and official information

Our materials are learning resources. They do not replace a vendor’s current documentation, exam objectives, registration rules, or professional experience. Check the relevant vendor’s official sources before making decisions about an exam. We do not guarantee a pass, a particular score, or a professional outcome.

Purchases and access

Exams and the Personal Engine are one-time purchases linked to the buyer’s account. Each exam includes use of the engine for that exam; importing your own PDFs requires the separate US$20 Personal Engine purchase. AI is included for normal individual study use. Access is released after payment confirmation. Exams awaiting activation are released within 48 hours after that confirmation; their status appears in My Exams. For order questions or to request a refund review, contact [email protected]. This description does not change applicable consumer rights.

Access period and renewal

Each purchased exam includes 90 days of access to that exam and its simulator, starting at activation. Time spent waiting for the material does not consume those days. The separate US$20 Personal Engine includes 90 days from payment confirmation. Renewal is a new one-time purchase at the same product’s current price: it adds 90 days and preserves any paid days remaining. There is no subscription or automatic charge. My Exams shows the end date and remaining days. We email you when access is ready and when 30 days remain. Download your study PDFs before access ends, or renew to continue using the simulator, AI and downloads. Expiration does not delete private question banks from your account.

Independent status and trademarks

Exams.biz does not administer official vendor exams or issue vendor credentials. Vendor and certification names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A reference to a vendor or exam does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Respectful and lawful use

Use the site and its materials lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s account, or misuse the website’s systems. Links and contact details are provided for their stated purposes.

Our content and external resources

You may read our publicly available guides and print them for your own study. Republishing or commercially distributing the material requires permission, unless an applicable exception or a stated license allows it. External websites have their own content, rules, and privacy practices.

30-day exam money-back guarantee

If you do not pass the matching official exam taken within 30 calendar days after payment confirmation, we will refund the amount paid for that Exams.biz exam after verifying your invoice and official failed result. The guarantee covers the purchased course and its paid line tax, if applicable; it does not cover the official exam registration fee or an Engine-only purchase. Read the guarantee conditions and use the private refund request form. Applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
